Black Tie Optional
Black Tie Optional means formal attire is encouraged but not required. For men, this typically means a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. For women, this means a formal evening gown, cocktail dress, or dressy separates. We want you to feel comfortable while still maintaining an elegant atmosphere for our special day.
For your convenience, we recommend staying within a 45-minute drive of The Ruins venue. This will ensure you have easy access to all wedding events.
The Ruins has a hotel directly across the parking lot, offering the most convenient option for our guests. This is perfect for those who want to minimize travel time between the ceremony, reception, and their accommodations.

SBP is an opportunity for everyone. There are many routes to accomodate different skill levels, a gym, a cold plunge and hot sauna. If you aren't vertically inclined, climbing is a great specator sport. Spectators admission is free.

Celebrate our first day as husband and wife with some salt and sun! Water can be cold, but we are still going to take a dip. Bring a bathing suit and a towel. BYOPB - Bring your own paddle board!
